Villa Interior Renovations Completed on Schedule and on Budget!

We’re pleased to announce that we have just completed the Interior Renovation project for all Villas. This large-scale project has been completed on schedule and on budget.

Kudos to our dedicated staff members for their role in making this happen. We also wish to thank the paint and floor contractors for their commitment to this project.

2011 Renovations: One More Month…

The 2010-2011 Renovation and Remodeling Project has reached the final stage of the project. Currently, 38 Villas are completed, with the remainder to be completed by June 4, 2011. We’re proud to say that “we’re on schedule and on budget”.

To all Tybrisa Timeshare owners, RCI exchange guests and other resort guests who have stayed with us during the renovations; thank you very much for your patience, understanding and support for the duration of this large scale renovation project. We’re currently working on the Clubhouse, which is scheduled to open on Memorial Day weekend.

We’re delighted with the progress to date. The Tybrisa Timeshare owners, RCI exchange guests and other resort guests who have visited the resort recently have expressed their enthusiasm and support for the renovation project. ”The resort has never looked better…” ”The new playground and picnic area is great!” “Keep up the great work, thank you!”

Renovation and Remodeling Project

Since early 2010, Tybrisa Beach Resort has been undergoing a major Renovation and Remodeling Project. This is a two year project that involves Renovating and Remodeling all of our Villas. The old décor of wallpaper and carpeting has been replaced with a modern, fresh look. The walls, ceilings, kitchen cabinets have all been freshly painted. Window Casings, Valances and Chair Rail are some of the details which have added to the overall new clean and modern look. New Furnishings and fixtures complete the fresh new décor.

Laminate wood flooring is installed throughout the Villa, with the exception of the Kitchen and Bathrooms which all feature tile flooring. The laminated flooring selected is a Rustic Maple which compliments our beachfront setting. Our Villas are remodeled in order to better withstand the elements we experience here at the beach.

In addition to the upgrade to all of our Villas, we have upgraded our resort as follows:

We have created a new 3000 square foot Picnic Area complete with an ADA compliant Children’s Playground for ages 2-12. An Enclosed Ping Pong area is completed. The Resort is now a Gated Property which provides extra privacy and security for all. We are preparing for the summer season by repairing and renovating our popular pool area. The entire Pool Deck will also be resurfaced and complimented with fresh new poolside décor.
