Resort Rental Rates and Policies
Our condos are all spacious, well appointed and have their own oceanside balcony. Each condo accommodates up to 6 persons.
All rentals require a 2 night minimum stay.
Check in:
Sunday—noon to 1:00 pm
Monday—Friday 4:00pm t0 5:00 pm
Saturday—4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Age requirement for check-in is 21.
Rental Rates Include:
- Shampoo/conditioner, oatmeal soaps, paper towels in kitchen, dish soap, kitchen hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent
- Resort Features: ADA compliant children’s playground for ages 2-12, picnic area with infared grills, clubhouse
- Wi-Fi access throughout resort, a lending library of DVD’s
Deposit Requirements:
- Deposit – A $200.00 deposit was taken at the time of booking which will be applied to the total cost of your stay. The remainder of the rental amount is due at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. It is the responsibility of the renter to call and pay the remaining amount at least 14 days prior to your arrival. If not the remaining amount will be charged to the card we have on file.
- Resort Fee – A $25.00 per stay fee will be applied to all rentals.
- Cancellation Policy – Full refund of your deposit will be approved if you cancel at least fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. Canceling after this will result in the forfeiture of your entire stay.

In the event that you are unable to arrive during office hours, please call the resort so that our resort staff can prepare for your arrival. A credit card is required at check-in and will be held on file for up to 24 hrs after check-out in order to fully inspect the condo.
We are not a pet friendly resort. All condos are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Any open flames (grills, candles, etc.) are not permitted. Grills are provided in the designated grill area.
Each condo has an occupancy level of 6. This includes adults and children over 1 year of age. Parking is restricted to a maximum of 2 vehicles (including golf carts) per condo. When checking in, you will be given your parking permit(s) to be displayed in the front window of your vehicle. Boats, trailers and RVs are prohibited.
