Our spacious, beautifully appointed condominiums each feature a private oceanside balcony and comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

A two-night minimum stay is required for all rentals.

 

Check-In Times

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

For after hour check in call the front desk for your instructions.

Rental Rates Include

To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, rental rates include:

• Shampoo and conditioner

• Oatmeal bath soaps

• Paper towels

• Dish soap and kitchen hand soap

• Dishwasher detergent

• Laundry detergent

Deposit & Fees

A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the resort to submit the remaining payment. If payment is not received by this deadline, the balance will be charged to the card on file.

A $25 resort fee per stay applies to all rentals.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund of your deposit will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire stay.
